New features will include risk assessment (DTI, down %, cash reserve) of the proposed mortgage and the ability to save multiple home and mortgage scenarios.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions for features to include (or bugs to fix) for HouseCalc Mortgage Explorer. I’d very much like to incorporate your suggestions in this update.
